General Information
Tyylivoitto sells products to adult private individuals in Finland and Sweden. We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs, and delivery terms.
Products and their colours are presented as accurately and truthfully as possible. Please note that screen settings may affect the appearance of product colours, and we cannot guarantee complete colour accuracy on all devices.

Ordering
Products are ordered from the online store at www.tyylivoitto.com by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details provided during the order process will only be used for order delivery or for resolving any issues related to the order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable delivery terms.
Payment and Payment Methods
The payment service used is Klarna Checkout, which offers payment options such as invoice, installment payment, card payment, and online bank payments.
By providing your details at checkout, you accept Klarna AB's (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm) terms. By clicking the "Buy" button, you accept Tyylivoitto’s general terms and conditions.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, including the order details. Please always check the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately at info@tyylivoitto.com. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs include postal and packaging fees. Orders over €100 are delivered free of charge. Delivery costs are displayed when selecting the preferred delivery method at checkout. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. You can select the most suitable delivery method at checkout, where the exact delivery cost is also shown.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery times vary between 1 to 7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible after placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect harm resulting from such delays. The online store will inform customers about any exceptional delivery times on its website.
Exchange and Return Policy
In distance selling, consumers have the right to cancel an order and return the product(s) by notifying the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned product must be in its original condition and unused. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanged/returned products. If a customer exchanges a product, Tyylivoitto will cover the shipping costs for the new product using the least expensive shipping method available.
The right of return does not apply to products that have been customized or made to the customer’s specifications (e.g., personalized engravings or made-to-order items). If we receive an exchange or return shipment that does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any depreciation in the product's value. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For complaints (product defects), Tyylivoitto will cover the return shipping costs using the least expensive shipping method.

Unclaimed Packages
Failing to collect a package is not the same as returning or canceling an order. For unclaimed packages without a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the customer for the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost, damaged during transport, or does not match your order, please report the issue within 14 days via email at info@tyylivoitto.com.
Liability
Tyylivoitto is not responsible for measurement errors made by the customer. If the product matches the measurements provided at the time of ordering and can be used for its intended purpose, it is considered to be manufactured according to the order.
Tyylivoitto tests the safety and durability of its products for their intended use. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product’s suitability, proper use, and safety. Tyylivoitto is not liable for damages caused by the use of the product.
Law and Regulations
Our online store and delivery terms comply with Finnish law, and in case of disputes, Finnish law will be applied.
